💪Increase Androgen Receptors With THIS Training Type!!

Training large muscle groups with high volume immediately increases androgens (Testosterone, DHT, DHEA etc).

The more frequent the training (within reason of course), the bigger the increase in androgen receptors (R).

Because the androgen receptor is directly upregulated by Testosterone (and DHT), this increase in testosterone has been shown to DIRECTLY increase Androgen Receptors in muscle tissue.

And since research has shown multiple times that the more androgen receptors in a muscle, the more sensitive it is to hypertrophy stimulus, this increase in Androgen Receptors from training creates a phenomenal loop.

It is a loop by which the increase in Testosterone from this style of high frequency, high volume training, leads to higher androgen receptors in the muscle, resulting in a muscle that is even more sensitive to muscle growth in the future.

In short, this model explains once again why Nucleus Overload® training works so well, since Nucleus Overload® training upregulates myonuclei density within the muscle (the androgen receptor is often found within the nucleus of the cell, as well as the cytoplasm and the surrounding satellite cells).

In this study they trained 3 times a week, which is well within my prescribed range for Nucleus Overload (3 to 7 times a week) and HSP Training™ (Full body, upper/lower, and push/pull versions), but it will be interesting to see more direct effects of Nucleus Overload® training on Androgen Receptors, so that we can continue to better structure programs around this phenomenon and take full advantage of it.

But for now, continue to train hard, and train frequently, as I always preach.
