Using that knowledge and experience, my goal is to help you quickly skip through all the BS & misinformation out there, and reach your goal as fast as possible. I’m an expert at helping skinny and skinny-fat “hard-gainers” pack on as much muscle mass and strength as naturally possible, in the shortest amount of time, and also helping men drastically boost their testosterone levels. ✋You will need 5 things to work with me:
📊A scale (ideally a ~$50 body analyzer scale, but a cheaper or normal scale is also fine if you can’t afford a body analyzer scale)
📊A Cronometer, MyFitnessPal, or any other food tracking app to track your food intake (FREE). This is optional but highly recommended.
📱A Discord account for audio calls (ideally), or any other free Audio call app (FREE)
🏋️♂️A Gym membership, OR a home weight set, OR access to any of the basic training exercises or equipment.
😤Discipline when it comes to TRACKING daily food intake and training. I cannot help you effectively if I do not have information about your daily food intake and activity levels. It’s ok to mess up on your diet, no one is perfect, but it is NOT ok to not track what you eat on the days that you do mess up.

🛒The consultation rate varies depending on how busy I am, starting as low as $165 per 15 minutes for non-YouTube subscribers, and a ~40% off discount for YouTube subscribers ($100 per 15 minutes).
If you cannot afford this rate AND the issue you need help with is serious or urgent, email me with the subject line “Serious/Urgent consultation”, and I will be able to give you up to an additional 50% discount off the YT subscribers rate (which now comes out to $50 for 15 minutes), if I have open slots. The busier my life schedule gets, the higher the rate, so this rate is subject to increase over time.
