🥛Milk Is GREAT For Men, Health, and Testosterone !!
Anyone who tells you milk is bad for you is a clown and a f***g fraud!!
The research on the health benefits of milk is plentiful (R), including tons of studies not funded by the dairy industry.
So stop letting idiot influencers with zero knowledge or understanding of the research AND the real world outcomes mislead you into avoiding dairy or milk.
Milk (both raw and pasteurized milk) is FULL of nutrients and minerals, and has a higher hydration index than even water (largely due to its higher electrolyte content).
Milk and dairy products are also where we get whey and casein protein from. So without milk, say good bye to your precious whey protein powders.
Milk and Dairy products also contain hard to get nutrients such as vitamin K2 and probiotics (kefir, yogurt, cheese etc.). So it’s not just about “cALciUm”.
In fact, milk contains various amounts of virtually every single essential vitamin and mineral that you can think of except one, including the nutrients needed to synthesize Testosterone and DHT (Dihydrotestosterone).
Raw milk has slightly more nutrients than pasteurized milk, but that benefit tends to be offset by the higher risk for pathogens. So both versions of milk have their pros and cons depending on where it is sourced, and how healthy the cows are.

Stfu. The estrogens in milk are in miniscule quantities and get filtered out by the body extremely fast. Not to mention that milk also contains trace amounts of Testosterone itself, yet you don’t see people drinking milk to absorb the testosterone in it now do you? So why would you think that the estrogens in milk are a concern?
Yes, some studies show an acute drop in testosterone after drinking milk, but almost anything you eat also causes a temporary and reversible drop in Testosterone, including even the healthiest foods. Will you stop eating those to?
“but Migan, most people can’t digest milk”
Most people can’t digest fiber either. Does that mean we shouldn’t eat it? Most people can’t eat raw meat, does that mean that we shouldn’t eat steak? Wouldn’t it be great if humans could evolve a way to process foods that we normally can’t eat in their original form, in order to extract nutrients from them. Oh wait… we already do that, and have done so for hundreds of thousands of years. Can’t digest milk? Then add lactase to it. Case closed.
And if you can digest thanks to your ancestors, even better for you.
Also, if you don’t believe the research, just look at the real word and history.
The Mongols were HEAVY milk drinkers and conquered the known world doing so.
Ancient Arab (Muslim) armies destroyed their opposition while feasting on Camel milk.
Milk and dairy are the cornerstone of the diet of the Massai warrior tribes of Africa.
The Dinka (tallest tribe in the world) are also heavy milk and dairy consumers.
The tallest countries in the world are also heavy consumers of milk and dairy.
Shall I continue?
In short, the same scientific method that shows that eggs, meat, sleep, exercise, sunlight, fruits & vegetables etc. are good for you is the SAME scientific method that shows that milk and dairy products are a net GOOD for you.
Are there some cons? Of course. EVERY FOOD has cons. But what matters is the NET outcome and NET good of every food. And one of the HEALTHIEST, most anabolic and androgenic foods on the planet, is LITERALLY f***ng MILK.
Drink milk, and eat your dairy products if your body tolerates it and if it doesn’t give you crazy side effects.
Use lactase if you’re lactose intolerant, and ideally get your milk from healthy cows.
