If you chose D (low fat diet), you are correct.

In a 2021 Meta-analysis study by Whittaker Et Al (PMID: 33741447) that reviewed several high quality studies, what we’ve all known to be true was confirmed once again: Low fat diets are notorious for lowering Testosterone (and DHT levels).


This is mainly due to a decrease in testicular testosterone production, and the crucial role that dietary fat plays in the body.


✍Action:

If your goal is to maintain high testosterone levels, eat at least 20% and ideally close to 40% of your calories from healthy fats, depending on your goals and your current testosterone levels.

Those fats should be a balance of saturated fats (ie: animal fat), Monounsaturated fats (ie: nuts), and Omega 3 fats (ie: fatty fish), while reducing the amount of trans fats and Omega 6 fats (ie: seed oils). Not medical advice.
