🤡 Myth: “s*x, masturbation, or ejaculation lowers Androgen Receptors”


🦍Fact: this is another myth spread by idiots and Semen Retention scammers who can’t interpret studies and proceed to mislead millions of naive young men for profit. The worst part, is that the study they send to me every time (PMID: 17268169 etc) actually DEBUNKS their own claim if they actually read it in its entirety instead of just skimming the abstract (like they all do). It’s the same way they tried to claim that “NoFap boosts Testosterone 145% or 400% in 7 days” by using a study when in actuality the study itself debunks the claim if you read the full text. So, what does the s*x and AR study ACTUALLY shows?

1. First, it was on rats, not humans. This means it’s literally irrelevant unless confirmed by human studies. And that’s coming from someone who LOVES animal studies (as long as they’re confirmed in humans) due to their advantages.

2. Second, the rat was made to have s*x over and over for up to 4 hours straight, with the SAME female, literally to exhaustion. No normal human has s*x or even masturbates for 4 hours straight. So to extrapolate this to humans just shows how moronic and void of scientific thinking these SR clowns are.

3. Third, the temporary drop in Androgen Receptors as a result of this extreme condition was ONLY in parts of the brain mainly associated with s*x drive, NOT in other parts of the body such as muscle tissue etc.

4. This temporary drop in androgen receptors in those “s*x drive” regions is perfectly normal when you understand actual biology and neuroscience (it’s called a negative feedback loop, and the body does this to return to homeostasis). Else, the rat would’ve continued to clap cheeks forever, without eating or drinking etc. It’s the same reason you feel full and lethargic after eating too much. Any prolonged exposure to an activity will result in temporary hormonal countermeasures to make you “take a break” and go do other things.

5. And here’s the best part: after this temporary drop in Androgen receptors (ARs) in the brain, not only did ARs return back to baseline after a couple of days, but they actually rose ABOVE baseline in multiple brain regions. Yes, let that sink in. The rats who had a ton of s*x actually ended up with MORE androgen receptors and became more masculinized a few days later than those who didn’t. So once again, the same study that those Semen retention frauds tried to use to claim that s*x or ejaculation is bad, actually showed the COMPLETE opposite. Complete morons 🤦‍♂️.

Do you now see why I constantly warn you about this cult? It is full of dishonest ignorant scammers who just want to profit off the misery and s*x drive of young men. s*x is GOOD for you. There are endless studies on s*x showing the health benefits and even the testosterone boosting effects of sex. The most masculine, badass men in the world CLAP CHEEKS regularly. We’ve known this even before the science confirmed it (most historical conquerors and warriors had notorious s*x drives and clapped cheeks regularly). So the moment someone tells you that s*x is bad, RUN. They are completely clueless or are coping for their lack of virility or inability to attract mates.
