Looking at SEXY Women Increases Testosterone? (a Science-backed life hack)

Staying home all day and/or avoiding social interactions, especially with attractive women, keeps you in a perpetual low-testosterone state.

This is often followed by nagging periods of low energy, low motivation, and low “positive” aggression (low desire to conquer life head-on and take on challenges).

Exposure to attractive women increases testosterone in virtually all animal species, including humans. In one study, the presence of a sexy woman was enough to increase young men’s testosterone levels, which eventually increased their status-seeking behaviors.

In another study, simply watching women at a sex club was enough to boost testosterone in the observers (and those who actually had sex had a 7 times greater increase in T than those who just watched).

Remember, the evolutionary purpose of testosterone is to help you pass on your genes. It is a hormone specialized for reproduction, so it is no surprise that it increases drastically in situations where your ability to reproduce or earn a mate can be facilitated by its increase (male to male competition or exposure to women).

Take advantage of this “hack” by constantly exposing yourself to REAL life beautiful women daily. That is the environment where our hunter-gatherer ancestors thrived in, as they were always surrounded by both men and women on a daily basis.

This constant exposure to both competitive males and attractive females put them in a perpetual “high testosterone” state, unlike today where men are home all day, indoors, away from this androgenic environmental stimulus.

Your brain will not release excess GNRH and LH if “it” doesn’t “see” the need to, as it will simply be a waste of resources and energy. Therefore, avoiding competition, or avoiding exposure to women, is pretty much telling your brain “keep me low-T, as I have no need for it at the moment”. It is therefore no surprise why testosterone levels continue to decline with each generation (study, study, study), as men increasingly become isolated and spend more time indoors (in addition to severe micronutrient deficiencies).

To conclude, surround yourself with attractive females as much as possible. You don’t have to interact with them if you don’t want to, just being around them is enough for your hypothalamus to kickstart testosterone production. Also avoid staying home all day, as that’s the root cause for almost everything detrimental to male mental and physical health nowadays.
